Tiwatope Sūvūge, born in Isale Eko on February 5, 1980, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and actress. She is also known by the alias Tiwa Sʫvʫge and her mother, Jam Jam. She relocated to London at the age of eleven in order to attend secondary education. She initiated her career by offering auxiliary vocals for prominent American artists such as Mary J. Blige and George Michael.

Tiwa Sɑvɑge signed a publishing contract with Sony/ATV Music Publishing in 2009 after competing in the UK version of The X Factor and earning her music degree from Berklee College of Music.

Inspired by how quickly the Nigerian music industry was developing, Tiwa Sɑvɑge later returned home and signed a record with Mavin Records in 2012. She appeared on the 2012 compilation album Solar Plexus from the label.
